Kali Phosphoricum: Kali Phosphoricum is a useful remedy for irritable bowel. There is nervous gone sensation in the pit of the stomach. There is vomiting of sour, bitter food and of blood. Empty gone sensation relieved by eating. There is indigestion with nervous depression. It also helps in dysentry when stool consists of pure blood and the patient becomes delirious. Directions: Adults: Take 4-5 pellets or tablets orally by mouth and allow them to dissolve in few minutes time. Repeat at least 3 times a day, about 30 minutes before or after food.
