Pain in the elbow, particularly while extending the wrist and fingers is experienced here.

In this condition the patient complains of pain in the lateral epicondyle of the humerus (upper arm) where the extensor group of muscles of the forearm are attached.

The pain is aggravated when the patient tends to extend the wrist and the fingers, more so against resistance.

On examination localized tenderness is felt on the lateral epicondyle where the extensor muscles of the forearm are attached.

Golfer's elbow is more or less similar condition to the tennis elbow barring the fact that the pain and tenderness are localized on the medial epicondyle of the humerus where the flexor muscles of the forearm are attached.

Actaea Spicata: Actaea Spicata is a chief remedy for joint rheumatism, especially of the small joints. Rheumatic pain in small joints, wrist, fingers, ankles, toes. Actaea Spicata has a special affinity for the wrist and elbow rheumatism. The joints starts aching and swelling from slight fatigue. There is extreme tenderness to touch, weakness and tingling. The right arm and right wrist are specially affected. Wrist swollen, red, worse any motion. Pains are of a voilent, tearing, drawing character. Actaea Spicata also helps in Writers cramps and tennis elbow.

Calcarea Flourica: Calcarea Flourica is also useful on joint affections. Ganglia at the back of the wrist. Gouty enlargements of the joints of the fingers. There is crackling in the joints. It also helps in osseous growths and enlargements of bones with or without caries, particularly of traumatic origin.

Agaricus Muscarius: Stiffness all over. Sharp shooting pains under the skin worse by motion.

Amgra Gresia: Tearing pain with a sprained and paralysed feeling. Drawing up of fingers and thumbs.

Ruta Graveolens: Bruised pain in wrist and back of hands worse by motion.

Rhus Toxicodendron: Trembling of arms after exertion, aching in elbow with stiffness.
